Christ Church Parish Hall was the perfect setting for the 83rd Annual Installation of
Officers and Directors to the Oyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber of Commerce. 
Senator Carl Marcellino performed the swearing in ceremony, and John Yenchko of
North Shore Community Church lead the before meal prayer.
Outgoing President Michele Browner was overcome by the love and accolades
bestowed upon her.  Many non-profit organizations were recognized for their
dedication to the OBEN area.  Dagmar Karrpi, retired editor of the Enterprise Pilot,
was given a photo collage and deepest appreciation from the Chamber and a
citation from Nassau Legislator Judy Jacobs for all her service over the years.  New
President, Dottie Simons is hitting the ground running.  She and Walter Imperatore
have some new ideas... and a promotion that is "Right under your nose".  Catering
by Jack Halyards and Sweet Tomato made for a delicious evening.  The wine was
generously donated by John DeLillo and the Beer donated by Bernie; Jack Halyards.

Walter Imperatore is a Senior Vice President at
Renaissance Property Associates (RPA).  RPA
oversees more than 70 properties in the Hamlet
of Oyster Bay along with properties in other areas
of Long Island.  He is on the Board of Directors
of the Oyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber of
Commerce and is involved in several committees. 
He is also a Flotilla Commander for the United
States Coast Guard Auxiliary's Cold Spring
Harbor Flotilla.  In his thirty year plus real estate
career, he was the global real estate director of
